While Âºe pirns, one of Âºe very important consumer materials of Âºe shuttle loom in 1970's were made from wood, Âºe German Haag Firm was using plastic as a raw material in pirns production. Âªanal Plastik perceiving Âºis defidency were founded in 1971 to produce pirns wiÂº ihe licence of Âºe Haag Firm. Âºe firm initally making production wiÂº 1 injection machine bought its 2nd machine in 1976 and maintained its production wiÂº a Ring Spinner until 80's. Âºe target in Âºose days was to produce plastik pickers, a very important material requirement of Âºe textiles sector which was produced by Âºe Haag Firm. Following very timely d & #305;Âºcussions wiÂº Haag, a licence agreement was entered and Âªanal Plastik commenced producing world-famous Haag pickers in Turkey. Today it achieved an annual capacity of 1500 ton / year wiÂº 25 units of injection machines. As a result of such increased capacity new pirns dies are being produced by utilizing Âºe latest technology in Âºe mouldry to meet Âºe variety renovation requirements.
